Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties, including order entry, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
- Verify the accuracy of all sales and purchase orders submitted for processing and billing.
- Enter bills into the accounting system.
- Facilitate company conference calls.
- Enter sales / invoicing data into the accounting software.
- Provide end-to-end operations support for clients and sales representatives.
- Generate, maintain, and manage specific reports on a weekly basis.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Check source documents for accuracy.
- Verify data and correct discrepancies where necessary.
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Update data and delete unnecessary files.
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents as required.
- Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
- Check completed work for accuracy.
- Store completed documents in designated locations.
- Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Qualifications
- Must be computer savvy
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient QuickBooks
- Experience with Sage200 is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily work with various projects.
- Be a self-starter.
