Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties, including order entry, answering phones, and ordering supplies.
  • Verify the accuracy of all sales and purchase orders submitted for processing and billing.
  • Enter bills into the accounting system.
  • Facilitate company conference calls.
  • Enter sales / invoicing data into the accounting software.
  • Provide end-to-end operations support for clients and sales representatives.
  • Generate, maintain, and manage specific reports on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
  • Check source documents for accuracy.
  • Verify data and correct discrepancies where necessary.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Update data and delete unnecessary files.
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents as required.
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
  • Check completed work for accuracy.
  • Store completed documents in designated locations.
  • Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.

Qualifications

  • Must be computer savvy
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be proficient QuickBooks
  • Experience with Sage200 is preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily work with various projects.
  • Be a self-starter.
