Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role involves :
- Advocating for client projects
- Managing all aspects of project execution
- Being the primary point of contact for clients
- Generating and maintaining equipment schedules
- Implementing design changes as requested by clients
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking minutes
- Collecting project information
- Facilitating communication
- Generating Change Orders
- Tracking payment milestones
- Maintaining accurate reports
- The ideal candidate must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and handle multi-million dollar projects with the utmost attention to detail
