The Maintenance Technician will play an active and instrumental role during large-scale production & building upgrades and / or changeover projects and may partner with outside vendors, as required, to successfully perform all expectations of the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and installation of : Mechanical devices and components including Gears, bearings, drives and gearboxes Electronic devices and components including low and high voltage AC & DC motors, sensors, PLC's, actuators, power supplies, transformers, heating and cooling controls and systems Pneumatics systems including compressors, logic circuits, actuators, sensors
- Perform preventive inspections, lubrication, periodic and incidental maintenance, and repair of production equipment & HVAC
- Perform maintenance, inspection, testing, and operation of all steam boilers and related equipment
