The rate that we reasonably expect to pay for this position is $19.80 / hour

Shifts Available and Hours : 2nd Shift

Monday - Friday

3 : 30pm to 3 : 30am

Shift Premium : 2nd shift - $2.00 / hour extra

Sign on Bonus : Eligible for up to $500

Required Education / Experience :

• Proficiency in using and maintaining basic tools and measuring equipment.
• Competence in operating a cordless bander.
• Capability to operate a saw for cutting wood.
• Physical ability to lift up, to a minimum of 50 lbs frequently.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to adding value.
• Understanding of the relationship between customer orders and production output.

Job Responsibilities :

• Remove and load metal to and from conveyor belts or racks.
• Cut wood for use in packing or banding as needed.
• Visually inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality before packing.
• Review prints and specifications to align with packing requirements.
• Fill racks or trucks for transporting metal.
• Maintain accurate piece counts of both conforming and nonconforming materials.
• Keep ID and inventory records for racks and bundles.
• Pushes / Moves racks on wheels with a helper up to 4,000 lbs
• Moving spacer bar racks (could weight about 200 lbs on wheels.)
• Lifting : Lifting of objects up to 59 lbs. Overhead lifting at times, 118 lbs of material with a partner.
