Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in New York, NY, Groton, CT, Andover, MA and / or Collegeville, PA is currently looking for an Clinical Supply Manager to join their expanding team.

Job Title : Clinical Supply Manager / Pharma Industry / Hybrid Work

Duration : 9 months contract, extendable up to 36 months

Location : New York, NY

Hybrid role - 3+ days onsite weekly in NYC, Groton, CT, Andover, MA and / or Collegeville, PA

Job Description :

Supply Chain Business Lead

This is a hybrid role - 3+ days onsite weekly in NYC, Groton, CT, Andover, MA and / or Collegeville, PA

Summary :

The Supply Chain Business Lead (SCBL) is responsible to advance and grow the Global Clinical Supply (GCS) business of delivering clinical supplies to patients.

The SCBL drives growth by supporting all lines in GCS with business planning, operations & external engagement activities.

The optimization of all these elements internally and externally, enables colleagues and leaders to effectively develop flexible and creative clinical supply solutions in support of the delivery of Pharmaceutical's portfolio.

Responsibilities :

Act as an interface between internal operations and high touch external suppliers to drive the translation of GCS priorities into tactical operational plans in support of the delivery of clinical supplies.

Represent GCS Scientific and Technical operational lines as appropriate on any Source to Pay (STP) requests for supplier information and for any technical issue resolution at high touch suppliers.

Lead projects impacting the design of the GCS network and associated performance including resource modeling design and supplier performance metric automation.

Use Pharmaceutical's systems, tools and reporting capabilities to oversee and communicate GCS budget, resource, operational, portfolio and supplier performance.

Deliver against GCS operational strategies by developing GCS contractor and supplier staff demand forecasts. Lead associated onboarding and oversight with business lines across GCS.

Use technical operational and Clinical Development portfolio data to analyze and interpret past results, perform variance analysis, identify future trends, and recommend business operations improvements for GCS.

Partner across GCS and quality to measure, and monitor supplier operational performance, establish action plans, track progress, report and communicate to ensure GCS relationship, financial, quality, and operational objectives are achieved.

Act as a GCS point of contact for STP to field supplier RFx queries within GCS. Help to align the supplier award and on-boarding process with GCS business goals.

In addition to exemplary relationship and risk management, this role requires significant use of systems and data analysis, to ensure business operation information is delivered in a timely manner aligned with current and future business requirements.

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, economics, finance, logistics, or in a related field with 4+ years' professional experience within global clinical supply in a pharmaceutical company or relevant industry experience.

Experience with business operations, vendor engagement and vendor oversight.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Customer oriented with the ability to work across multiple teams to influence decisions that will provide productivity savings to projects.

Proven ability to effectively develop, communicate, and gain support for execution of plans with a wide range of stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to aggregate detailed data into digestible information that can be used to support decision making.

Ability to prioritize and work with ambiguity while establishing structure and process standards.

Ability to manage large budget and associated financial aspects to deliver on time against tight timelines.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Willingness to appropriately engage to develop, promote, and maintain strategic business operations relationships.

Experience managing change in a dynamic, complex environment.

Demonstrated interest in Patient Quality and Compliance.
