Position : Physical Therapist
Location : split Newark DE and Elkton MD
Schedule : Full Time 40 Hrs.+
Compensation : starting at $80,000
Incentives : up to $20,000 sign on bonus

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed physical therapist (PT) with set 40hour weekday schedule to serve our Newark (Glasgow) and Elkton MD outpatient communities.
Our OP ortho centers are minutes apart off Route 40. We treat a diverse orthopedic caseload to include; vestibular, sports medicine, and concussion patients.
We have active sports specific programs for weightlifters, and overhead athletes seeking a PT interested in expanding their skillset and our offered services.
Schedule : Full time 40 hour work week with two evenings treating until 7PM required. Last patient scheduled an hour prior.

Responsibilities
- Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
- Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state / local / federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and / or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
