High Performance Computing and Nuclear Computational Resource Center Account Specialist at Battelle Energy Alliance dba Idaho National Labora in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a High Performance Computing and Nuclear Computational Resource Center Account Specialist to work in our High Performance Computing department.
Our team works a 980 schedule located out of our REC Facility in Idaho Falls with every other Friday off. The Nuclear Science and Technology (NS&T) Directorate is seeking an accounts specialist to support the Nuclear Computational Resource Center (NCRC) and the High Performance Computing center and its customers.
The NCRC was established at INL to provide easy access to computational tools, high performance computing (HPC) resources and training.
You will play a pivotal role in providing technical support and ensuring efficient operations within the NCRC and HPC. Responsibilities Include : Build and facilitate working relationships to amplify INL efforts.
Participate in working teams in assigned work scope and activities. Develop INL protocol policies, directives, and procedures, and oversees effective implementation and adherence to the stated requirements and expectations Familiarity with customer facing IT components and systems Technical writing skills Use and familiarity with LaTex Minimum Requirements : Level 2 : Bachelor's and 2 years of experience or a Master's and 0 years of experience.
Level 3 : Bachelor's and 5 years of experience or a Master's and 2 years of experience. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy 'Q' clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
Job Information : The pay range for this position is : Level 2 ($54,876 - $107,064 ) / Level 3 ($63,528 - $130,284). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
