We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing role and is committed to building strong, positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing questions and concerns.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are on time.
- Prepare and present client reports, including account updates and performance metrics.
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and account status.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills Required :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Previous experience in client services or account management is a plus.
