Qualifications :
- Licensed and Registered : A valid OT License and Registration in New York.
- Experience : Proven experience in adult OT.
- Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with EMR software is a plus.
- Homecare Experience : Previous homecare experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Patient Interaction : Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule your visits directly with your patients.
- Care Planning : Evaluate patients and develop tailored plans of care based on their functionality.
- Follow-up : Conduct follow-up visits according to the plan of care and patient progress.
- Documentation : Accurately document visits in our web-based EMR system, adhering to Medicare guidelines.
- Compliance : Maintain active credentials and perform all visits in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
