Key Responsibilities for our Pest Control Technicians :

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues, potential entry points, and harborage zones.
• Develop and execute tailored pest management strategies.
• Educate customers on preventive measures focusing on sanitation, storage, and landscaping to minimize future pest risks.
• Generate and communicate detailed service reports, ensuring customers are well-informed of actions taken and recommended follow-ups.
• Adhere to strict safety and regulatory guidelines in handling products and equipment, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations.
• Support sales and service excellence by identifying up-sell opportunities and assisting in sales initiatives.

More Info about our Pest Control Technician position :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
• Location : Must reside within 25 miles of the office for feasible commutes.
• Benefits : Comprehensive package including full coverage for health and dental, vacation, holiday pay, a robust retirement plan, and more.
• Salary : First-year earnings $35k to $42k+ including benefits and opportunities for financial growth through company performance.

Requirements for Pest Control Technician :

• Obtain / maintain Arkansas registered applicator certification.
• 2+ years of work experience (pest control industry preferred).
• Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
