After 90 Days we offer Paid Sick Days, Paid Vacation Days, and Yearly raises based on a performance review. Starting pay is based on Site placement.
- All candidates must be able to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
- Candidates must have their Maryland Guard Card & Maryland Driver's License for at least two years, with a Clean Driving Record .
- We can help renew Guard cards or obtain new ones for 1st-time guards with decent work history.

We hold Walk-in interviews on Tuesday-Thursday Between 10 A.M and 3 P.M, where you may fill out our in-house application.
