Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all manner of land surveying, mapping, and construction staking
• Organize / schedule field crews for photogrammetric and ground topography, boundary, and ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys
• Provide mapping for subdivisions and prepare legal descriptions
• Research, prepare budgets, and procure contracts from new clients
• Surveys performed with conventional and GPS equipment

Must Have

• 5+ years experience as land surveyor
• AutoCAD and / or CAD experience
• Public Land Survey System experience

Nice To Have

• Civil3D and Autodesk Survey Databases experience
• Line Code Sets and Description Key Sets
