Key Responsibilities
- Perform all manner of land surveying, mapping, and construction staking
- Organize / schedule field crews for photogrammetric and ground topography, boundary, and ALTA / NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Provide mapping for subdivisions and prepare legal descriptions
- Research, prepare budgets, and procure contracts from new clients
- Surveys performed with conventional and GPS equipment
Must Have
- 5+ years experience as land surveyor
- AutoCAD and / or CAD experience
- Public Land Survey System experience
Nice To Have
- Civil3D and Autodesk Survey Databases experience
- Line Code Sets and Description Key Sets
