The Opportunity

Ruby Seven Studios is hiring a Marketing Director to join our team on a remote basis. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise to help us reach our millions of players with innovative digital marketing techniques in the mobile app world.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team who are focused on automated retention, high value player reach-outs, and analyzing and engaging our players
• Be the point of contact and manage relationships with new and existing Casino Partners.
• Direct CRM and social engagement strategies
• Liaise with our India and Ireland art teams to ensure creative is optimized to support in-game promotions and community management efforts
• Manage all Casino Partner accounts, planning monthly promotions and keeping their marketing teams engaged with the apps
• Plan and executive email marketing strategies as well as all user acquisition efforts
• Create, measure, and test all customer outreach channels
• Work with our product team to design and develop features and tools that improve our player retention efforts

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, or similar field
• 6 years' experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in mobile gaming
• 3-6 years' experience leading a team; experience managing a remote team is a plus
• Passion for the startup environment and love for the web and mobile gaming market
• Must be organized, driven, a team player, and possess excellent can do attitude
• Insatiable curiosity is a must
