Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning, one of Puget Sound Energy's select heating and air conditioner contractors and five-time recipient of its Platinum Achievement Award is immediately hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Job Title : Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location : Lynnwood, WA
Shift : Monday - Friday; Day Shift : This is a non-exempt position. Work hours to be determined. Overtime and weekends may occasionally be required based on the needs of the business
Pay : $23 - $25 / hr (DOE)
Benefits : Position is part time and will be ineligible for health insurance. The company does offer a 401(k) plan with up to 4% matching contribution after 6 months of continuous employment and all eligibility requirements under the plan have been met.
In addition, the company provides sick, holiday and birthday pay to eligible employees.
Position Type : Part time, up to 20 hours per week
Accounts Receivable Specialist Position Summary :
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by reconciling payments and customer accounts.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Process and post customer payments, including checks and credit card payments.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via telephone, email, and mail.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify past due accounts and prioritize collections efforts.
- Other tasks as assigned
