A law firm in San Francisco, CA,c is seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Litigation Department Attorney with 0-3 years of experience in construction matters.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment, and excellent communication skills. This role offers opportunities to work with a diverse clientele, including major public entities, private developers, and contractors.

The position involves significant client contact, depositions, and trial / arbitration work within a team-oriented, client-centric environment.

Duties :

• Represent clients in real estate litigation matters, focusing on construction-related issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage the discovery process, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.
• Provide counsel and strategic advice to clients on litigation and settlement matters.
• Participate in depositions, arbitrations, and trials, including preparation and presentation of evidence.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain regular client contact and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
• 0-3 years of experience in construction matters, including legal research, drafting, and discovery.
• Experience with judicial clerkships, internships, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials with a commitment to providing excellent client service.
• Excellent judgment and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications :

California State Bar admission is required.
