As a Purchasing Analyst for Eastwood Homes, you will have the opportunity to directly affect company profitability by estimating labor and materials costs on all company product designs.

This career offers you the opportunity to establish home budgets, generate new bids to ensure maximum return on investment, and maintain quality audits to ensure accuracy of Eastwood Homes’ cost management system.

Purchasing Analyst Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain all vendor bid pricing and documentation
  • Maintain cost management system to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Input local billing documentation required for weekly accounts payable administration
  • Estimate labor and materials costs
  • Establish home budgets and update as required to reflect current costs from sale to close
  • Demonstrate working proficiency of Microsoft products and Windows based accounting software

Purchasing Analyst Qualifications :

  • Construction Management degree and / or relevant estimating experience with a production builder
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
