KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver Accounting Center solutions through design, configuration and testing phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Accounting Center processes and streamline workflows
• Develop and maintain effective documentation related to Workday Accounting Center configuration and design
• Perform Knowledge Transfer sessions and assist in training and onboarding client end-users on Accounting Center functionality
• Develop internal best practices with the Accounting Center team while actively staying up to date with Accounting Center releases and updates
• Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial / cost management policies

Qualifications :

• Minimum eight years of Workday Implementation and upgrade experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college / university; advanced degree in finance, accounting, business information systems, CPA is a plus
• Workday FINs certification and Workday Accounting Center Certification (Please note that any candidate hired by KPMG into this position that does not hold the aforementioned certification will be required to secure one within three months from the commencement of employment)
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client facing business communications level
• Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
• Travel as needed
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
