Overview Direct and oversee sales team and overall sales results. Administer our organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives.
Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Familiar with a variety of the operational concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Lead and direct the work of others. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.
Responsibilities :
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new projects
- Implement sales programs by developing sales action plans for the Sales team
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the Sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard, monthly sales target and metric targets are met
- Leadership, Management and Accountability for Sales team
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Provide support for Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
- Strategize with Leadership on key accounts to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics and work in conjunction with Marketing team
- Provide weekly report of sales success and communicate other KPI data to Leadership, as needed
- Maintain territory plan and account review for re-assignments, quarterly
- Maintain data relative to accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
- Prepare reporting as needed
Marketing Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
- Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc.
- Monitor progress and submit performance reports
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
- Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
