Villas of Castleton, located in Marietta, PA, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in.
Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.
Candidate will float between Villas of Castleton and Lancaster Lofts properties.
Hourly rate is $22 an hour based on experience*
At WPM your job as a Service Technician is to respond to maintenance repair requests, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in for new residents.
Some of your responsibilities will include :
- General maintenance
- Appliance repair
- Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety on the property’s grounds
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Demonstrated basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required
- Must be available on-call for emergencies on evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
Education and Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ maintenance experience required
- HVAC certification required
