Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage content for the Member Operations agent knowledge baseCollaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and complianceContinuously update existing content based on feedback and industry trendsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of experience in content development or instructional design, preferably in healthcare or technologyExperience working with instructional designers and trainersProficiency in content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS)Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theoriesKnowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is a plus
