Position Overview : This is NOT a front desk position! Our Administrative Assistants will work alongside department heads on various projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Execute and organize projects from start to finish
- Conduct thorough research for various projects
- Coordinate activities across different departments

- Answer phone calls and manage communications
- Handle office ordering and inventory management
