Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Specialist
Job Summary
Pay rate : $75K+
- Review and analyze warranty, IQS, and other customer feedback to determine priorities for improvement.
- Update customer feedback database with improvement activities and status.
- Communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure understanding of customer issues & improvements.
- Visit suppliers and / or dealers, when required, to investigate and determine countermeasure effectiveness.
- Coordinate and conduct internal campaign for quality flow-outs to customers and issue reports.
- Investigate and inform responsible departments of external quality concerns. Work with departments to identify root cause, implement containment and
develop countermeasures in a timely manner.
- Checks the field’s TSB and creates its own TSB once the field campaign is determined.
- Issue reports and presentations regularly to inform customers on progress and results.
- Support and coordinate plant-wide and department-wide quality planning, conferences, and events for external customers.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
System (SMS) requirements.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Quality Assurance Improvement Engineer Specialist
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry quality standards and regulations.
- Proficient in MS office and other relevant software.
