Job Summary : As a Tower Technician - Top Hand you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of rigging equipment on communication towers. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of our projects.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assembling / erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.
• Reading construction documents, clearly explaining tasks, and delegating tasks to crews are necessary to perform installations per all customer requirements.
• Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc, at elevated heights of over 100 feet.
• Proficiency in rigging techniques is highly desirable.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to climbing, rigging, safety, and company procedures.
• Comfortable working at significant heights.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with the work schedule.
• Proficient in installation techniques of ground kits, cables, connectors, weatherproofing, antennas, and all associated materials and equipment.
• Identify and work with all required materials, tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work.
• Assist Crew Foreman with execution of all manner of site related duties / responsibilities, including Close-out documentation.
