Location : North Richland Hills
Summary : We are seeking a PRN (as needed) employee to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility in their work schedule and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks as needed.
Responsibilities (Dietary Service & Concierge) :
- Assist with PR projects including media relations, event planning, and content creation
- Provide support for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assist with crisis communication efforts as needed
- Maintains the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
- Maintains adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the office & dining room
- Manages appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED Certification preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience and / or training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Schedule : This is a PRN (as needed) position with flexible hours. The employee will be contacted for assignments as needed and will have the opportunity to accept or decline based on availability.
