- 3+ years in design verification or modeling
- Analog modeling experience a plus
- Non-volatile memory modeling experience a plus
Job Description :
- Work with the Memory Circuit Design team to model the memory
- Based on systems specification, develop :
o Sanity checks for basic verification and checking in of updates
o Regression for systems logic and final chip tapeout
Develop stimuli for :
o Code coverage with a coverage target
o Fault coverage for non-scannable logic
Other :
- The person needs to be a self-motivated, self-initiated but open-minded person
- Good skills in interacting with other teams
- Comfortable in a team environment where the roadmap may not be well-defined
