Location : Beaverton, Oregon, United States (On-site)
We are seeking an IT Program Manager Lead , you will play a critical role in guiding the governance process for reviewing technology investment contracts, aligning them with established principles, and making forward-thinking recommendations.
You will lead the discovery, prioritization, and tracking of multiple optimization opportunities across the global technology landscape, driving impactful change and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Leads and directs one of more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and / or modification of Technology projects.
- Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team.
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the technical requirements of the assignment.
Qualifications
- In Depth Knowledge of IT Governance Practices & Processes
- Expert Level Project Management Skills especially within complex business environment with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to meet resistance with a solutions mindset
- Highly Organized & Strong Communication Skills
- Strategic Thinker with an Agile Mindset
- Experience with leading RFP, Contract Review / Negotiation & Vendor Selection Process.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and work through shifting priorities while still managing overall outcomes.
- Have and ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity
- Strong Visual Design + PPX skills
