Responsibilities & Qualifications
Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA.
Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition Oversight : Provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Department, supporting HRGs across business divisions in recruiting efforts.
- Recruitment Strategy Development : Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring attraction of top talent.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening : Utilize diverse channels for candidate sourcing, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates for skill and cultural fit.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job specifications, and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
- Compliance and Process Improvement : Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, implement standardized recruiting practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field
- Experience recruiting in a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated strong teamwork skills.
- Able to lead a team effectively.
- Flexible, with the ability and willingness to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- iCIMS experience or a similar ATS platform
