Print / Procurement Coordinator to join growing Consumer Products Organization on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is onsite in Carson, CA.
As a Print / Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for tracking and delivery of all materials for in-house and outsourced print projects.
You will be working closely with Retail team, Marketing team, Sales team, Product Development teams.
You will coordinate with vendors and cross functional teams’ production process. Seeking someone who has excellent problem-solving skills and excellent communication to manage multiple projects overseeing cost, quality, and delivery.
Job Duties Include :
- Maintaining print production schedule
- Quoting , working with issuing POs and invoices for projects
- Creating tickets and updating tasks in Workfront
- Coordinating with vendors
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of printing industry
- Expertise working within MS Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
