Front Desk Receptionist
We’re seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist with 1+ years of experience to be the welcoming face of our office.
If you excel in customer service, enjoy working in a team, and have a knack for handling administrative tasks, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet Visitors : Welcome and assist guests and applicants.
- Manage Calls : Answer and transfer calls from across the U.S.
- Administrative Tasks : Schedule meeting rooms, update phone lists, and provide light administrative support.
- Event Participation : Engage in company and community service events.
- Maintain Office Operations : Order supplies and keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma and 1+ year of receptionist / administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word and Excel a plus).
- Flexible and able to work in a team environment .
Working Conditions :
- Office Setting : Comfortable, with occasional light physical tasks.
- Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
Pay rate : $22.00 / hr
