Seeking a skilledCloud Administrator to manage and supervise diverse range ofSoftware as a Service (SaaS) applications including SAP SaaS CoupaWorkday and others.
This role is crucial for maintaining the peakperformance security and compliance of the cloudbased applications.The Cloud Administrator will oversee various tasks such asmonitoring system performance controlling user access implementingrobust security protocols and liaising with vendors to address anyarising issues.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertisein cloud administration and a solid understanding of SaaSapplication management.
Requirements
SystemManagement : Oversee the daytoday operations of our SaaS applications to ensuretheir availability performance andsecurity.
UserAccessControl : Manage user accounts permissions and access controls to ensuresecure and efficient access to cloudservices.
SecurityandCompliance : Implement and maintain security policies and procedures conductregular security audits and ensure compliance with relevant lawsandregulations.
PerformanceMonitoring : Monitor system performance metrics identify bottlenecks or issuesand implement optimizations to improveefficiency.
VendorCoordination : Liaise with SaaS providers to resolve any issues negotiate serviceagreements and stay updated on new features andupdates.
Instancerefresh : Coordinate with SaaS vendors to clone nonproductionenvironments.
DocumentationandReporting : Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations processesand service records. Provide regular reports on system statusincidents and usagemetrics.
Travel : Travel to customer site in Californiaonce a month
