Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Verifiable production or manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication environment
• Able to perform duties that require repetitive motion
• Skilled in the maintenance and use of basic hand and power tools
• Effective communicator (bilingual) English / Spanish required; ability to communicate with non-English speaking employees regarding safety, policies, and procedures
• Use power and mechanical tools to construct subassemblies, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts.
• Possess a strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiar with reading drawings and following instructions
• High attention to detail

Physical Requirements :

• Regularly lift and / or move objects 10-50 pounds
• Frequently lift and / or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
• Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• Climb ladders of varying heights
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
