Electronics Assembly Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is what you lldo :

Thejob includes assembly of Power Electronics related to ElectricPower Conversion products such as inverter on board charging and DCto DC converter.

This including use of hand and power tools andfollowing written assembly instructions. Provide support toEngineer in diagnose common PCBA assembly failures and performsrework to engineeringdisposition.

Build and solderprototype onboard charger DC to DC converter andinverter.

Support Engineering invarious project by interpret of electronic schematics assemblydrawings and other design and assemblydocuments.

Provide manufacturingsupport in product design new product development and fabricationassembly tooling andtesting.

Support receiving andshipping of Electronics components and completedunit.

Support material inventoriesand kit parts forassembly.

Operate solderingequipment and perform PCBAtesting.

Support the developmentof testing methods and testfixtures.

Support the developmentof work instructions and routers for manufacturetraceability.

Support factorymanufacture production in assembly as products transition intoproduction phase of lifecycle.

Keep equipment operationalby proper maintenance and repair services following manufacturersinstructions and establishedprocedures.

Perform pcba and unitverification tests for functionality and / or quality to ensureproduct performs to designintended.

Document test resultsand records all deviations and modifications from the originaldesign in build book.

Support thebuild of wire harness per IPC / WHMA A620Cstandard.

Perform rework PCBA(Printed Circuit Board Assembly) thisincludes :

Troubleshootingcircuit

Inspection of PCB per IPCstandards

Remove and applyconformal coating.

Cut tracesolder components and add jumper wires per engineeringdisposition.

Requirements

thisis what you ll need :

Associatedegree in an electrical capacity or equivalent with at least 5years of experience.

Experience inElectrostatic discharge(ESD)

Knowledge of inspectionPrinted Circuit Board per IPC 610 pcba manufacture and Solderacceptance per J001standards.

Experience in solderingper IPC class 3

Basic knowledge ofharness standard per IPC / WHMAA620C

Solid understanding of testequipment (multimeters oscilloscopes power supplyetc.).

Ability to understandelectrical and mechanical drawings andschematics.

Electromechanicalexperience in control circuits and component specification isdesired. Circuit board design and Circuit boardtest

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and the ability to deal effectively with allcompany departments andcustomers.

Basic understand ofGoogle documents andJIRA
