We are looking for a creative versatile andexperienced architect / designer to add to our design staff. Thescope of design projects in our busy office includes mixeduseapartment buildings educational facilities hospital environmentsand shopping center renovations.
Knowledge ofdesign constructability is essential. Having advanced computerskills is preferred but not required. Understanding the designproblem and creatively solving it is.
PositionRequirements :
- Professional bachelors degree in architectureor equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in anArchitects office
- Expertise in Adobe andAutodesk Suites and at least one Modeling and Rendering Application(Preferred : SketchUp Revit or 3D Studio Mx and VRay Enscape Lumionor Twin Motion.)
- High level proficiency withAutoCAD & 3D software.
- Interior design& planning for the residential mixeduse market is aplus.
- Excellent communicationskills.
- A passion to make each assignmentbetter than the last.
- An appreciation formanaging digital resources maintaining an economy of means andauthoring work that is clear and easy to collaborateon.
- Ability to bring architectural training andknowledge into the development of Construction drawings and 3Ddesign models for both Permit submission and Presentationdrawings.
Responsibilitiesi nclude but not limitedto :
Potential candidates will betasked with producing architectural drawings to support ongoingprojects and future marketing efforts.
He / she will collaborate withthe Architectural Team to develop effective construction documentssolutions renderings and 3D images as appropriate fortasks.
