Tropical Smoothie Café is looking to hire Full-Time & Part-Time Crew Member with daytime availability to join our team at Wake Forest, NC .
The Crew Member will be responsible for making our delicious smoothies, healthy food options and delivering an unparalleled customer experience with proper sanitation standards.
Includes :
- Accurate order taking, includes repeating order to customer at time of order
- Preparing food and smoothies
- Prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
- Stocking and clean-up throughout shifts or as needed
- Properly stocking truck as needed
- Setting up or closing down the dining room, restrooms and outdoor areas as required
Required Experience :
- Prior experience in coffee or food service preferred but not required.
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and communicate clearly.
- Ability to work well under pressure (speed of service), with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
