What you'll do :
This leader will be responsible for the teams developing reporting applications, devices and mobile apps in different platforms and for different business partners in the Finance domain.
This leader will be collaborating with the Financial Transformation Product team, Finance business and User Experience in four in the box framework to fulfill Finance reporting needs.
This position will be responsible for the Operational Excellence Engineering execution of activities to guarantee the right design, performance and operations of the reporting applications and tools.
What you'll bring :
- Previous Financial Reporting experience and understanding of Management Reporting.
- Previous experience in technology platforms used for reporting development (included but not limited to PowerBI, React, Hyperion Planning, SAP BI / BW, Tableau)
- Leadership experience managing teams in different locations and time zones, supporting them and making them accountable.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2 : 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
3 years' supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications...
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.
2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
