The Doorman / V alet Attendant will provide exceptional service to all residents, family members, and guests by greeting them at the door and assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

What will you do as the Valet?
- Completes tasks including, but not limited to, opening and closing doors for customers.
- Assist residents and guests with carrying their belongings to and from their cars, and providing directions or other helpful information.
- Valet cars for residents, guests, and family members.
- Manage parking area, by putting up and taking down barricades, directing traffic, etc.
- Follow proper safe driving procedures and safety protocol at all times.
- Inspect grounds, including the garage and front lobby.
- Vacuum the front entrance and lobby a few times a day.
- Deliver packages and groceries.
- Replenish water in common areas.
- Put up name plates for resident parking.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety responsibilities by following established company and state policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement events.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat :
- A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- A valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work flexible work hours due to the demands of the position; work schedules may include some evenings and weekends.
