Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and courteous Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer service experience.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
