Position Summary :

Milan Laser is growing again looking for a dynamic professional to join our Client Relations team. This team works in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.

Your primary responsibility is to deliver a world-class client experience to new and current clients. In addition to this, you will support other needs of the clinic teams across the country. You will route calls and inquiries from clients regarding laser hair removal, current promotions, billing, and general customer service to the Client Coordinator Assistant team.

Compensation : $17.00 / hr + shift differential (extra $1.50 / hr for bilingual) Location : Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt Schedule : Shifts range from 7 : 00am-10 : 00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Route calls and inquiries relating to appointments and consultations for all clinic locations
• Monitor our potential client inquiries and respond quickly
• Additional project-based responsibilities
