Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate all P&L and budgeting activities related to the account
- Lead overall day-to-day operations with flawless execution
- Conduct HR functions including hiring, dynamic counseling, and terminations
- Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and provide top-quality food
- Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company’s marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications :
- A BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
- Five years of food service high-volume operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is crucial
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding food service company
