What you'll do :

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety program and policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Endure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses for all work-related incidents.
• Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, training and compliance.
• Ability to gather statistical information and monitor and report on safety performant metrics.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to have :

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be a self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain priorities and organization with minimum supervision.
