RV Service Technician

We set each member up for success by providing hands on training along with manufacturer training, complete with on-the-job training and ongoing personal development.
We are looking for self-motivated, multi-tasking individuals to add to the team.
General maintenance experience in residential or commercial property is a great attribute for this position. Don't hesitate to apply and see if this industry is fitting for you!
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
- Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair RV coach and Chassis systems per manufacturer and dealership specs.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician or total home repair experience a plus but not required
- Driven to be the best and be able to take direction as needed
- Broad knowledge of RV technologies is a plus but not required
- Ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
