Title : Quality Assurance Analysts
Location : Overland Park, KS
Duration : 6+ months Contract with the possibility of extension
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion Functionality
- Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports is required.
- Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI / RICEW
- Experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reports, and Talent Management is required.
- Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing.
- Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects.
- Creating and maintaining test data to support testing activities.
- Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts.
- Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution and conducting defect triage meetings is required.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail & documentation skills required.
- Have hands on experience on writing manual tests, executing test runs, SIT & UAT test planning & execution.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree. Technology or Computer Science degree preferred.
