Summary
Position Responsibilities :
- Partner with Payroll team to ensure processes are in place and consistent in assigning employees into commission eligible roles to the correct costing location
- Create and maintain monthly reconciliations accounting for sales rep compensation, commissioned revenue, commission accruals and commission expense allocations
- Assist Finance teams in quarterly reconciliations of revenue to commissions expenses
- Establish, manage, and evolve the monthly internal audit process for commission plan calculations
- Work with Identity and Access team to ensure sales rep numbers are correctly established and transferred across sales plans
- Manage the commission guarantee process ensuring sales reps are paid correctly net of earned commission or a fixed guarantee amount
- Monitor the month end commission close process by validating correct payments, producing cross departmental reports tied to results and approved commissions
- Analyze Commission Support team weekly / monthly tasks for process improvement
- Liaison with Accounting team to manage various audit controls
- Perform monthly / quarterly control checks to validate sales commission plan mechanics and accuracy of payment automation calculations
Requirements :
Education & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related business discipline or equivalent work experience plus 3 to 5 years industry or related experience in an analytical role
- Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel required
- Excellent presentation and communication skills a must
- Ability to lead and influence others through non-reporting relationships
- Demonstrated process thinking and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehouses / data cubes preferred
Physical Demands :
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and / or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and / or night and weekend work.

Base Pay Range : $56,552.00 - 77,759.00
Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and / or experience.
