Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. This role is integral in ensuring the seamless operation of our Food & Beverage services, Events, and Spa.

The AGM will work closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Food & Beverage : Oversee daily operations and marketing of the hotel’s two restaurants and bars, ensuring outstanding service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Events : Lead the planning and execution of events in our ballroom and rooftop spaces, including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings, to exceed client expectations.
• Spa : Manage the full-service spa, focusing on service quality, guest experience, and revenue generation.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and guest-focused culture.
• Financial Management : Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive departmental profitability and cost controls.
• Guest Satisfaction : Champion the hotel’s commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
• Collaboration : Work closely with all hotel departments, including Rooms Division and Sales & Marketing, to ensure smooth and integrated operations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Event Management.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Marriott experience is a plus but not required.
• Spa experience is a plus but not required.
