AR | Billing Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and timely billing of client accounts while preparing invoice data entry and upkeeping file documentation per accounting guidelines.
- Generate financial reports, review work order details, and research unresolved payments.
- Correct billing discrepancies to reconcile outstanding invoices while assisting with contract document completion and generating specific billing documents as needed for customers.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications :
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in billing for a service trade such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or refrigeration preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Suite with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
