Supervisor, WH Distribution (Days)

Position Description : Responsible for supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials. Supervises warehouse personnel. Responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Supervising the warehousing and shipping of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Supervising warehouse personnel.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervising the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Scheduling warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.
• Allocating necessary space for stock rotation.
• Assisting and maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
• Overseeing shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Securing company assets.
• Managing within labor and OPEX budget.
• Managing and auditing team member's timekeeping.
