ClientSatisfaction

• Provide excellent customer support before during andafter travel addressing any concerns or inquiriespromptly.
• Build lastingrelationships with clients by understanding their preferences andanticipating their needs.

Qualifications andRequirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple travelitineraries simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy inbooking details.
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills to interact effectively withclients and partners.
• Proficiencyin email correspondence and virtual communicationtools.
• Access to a reliablecomputer internet connection and cell phone for remotework.
• Comfortable workingindependently and managing time effectively.
• Personal travel experience is a plus but notrequired.
• Previous experience incustomer service or hospitality is also a plus but notrequired.
