Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness and occupancy rates for our skilled nursing facility.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to drive admissions.
• Maintain active status with the facility credentialing vendor.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess and prioritize potential admissions based on facility capabilities and patient needs.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services and amenities.
• Manage the admissions process, including pre-admission assessments, insurance verification, and necessary paperwork.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and organizational branding.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media and online platforms, to enhance the facility's online presence.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to admissions and marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and their families.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Assist, plan, develop, organize all aspects of facility operations in conjunction with other Director-level personnel.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in healthcare marketing and admissions, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare admissions and marketing practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance processes.
• Flexibility to attend events and meetings outside regular business hours as needed.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience :

Skilled nursing facility : 1-2 years (Preferred)
