Senior Software Developer - Hybrid

Description : *General Description : The Sr. Software Engineer operates in the web and client / server development sphere within the Information Technology department and is part of a technical team of network engineers, host programmers, client / server programmers, and business analysts.

The candidate will utilize their experience with web, client / server development tools and architecture. TWO DAYS ONSITE IN EITHER SAN RAMON, CA OR LIBERTYVILLE, IL.

• Principal Responsibilities :
• Architect software solutions and platforms to solve complex business processes.
• Provide thought leadership to a team of highly skilled and agile engineers.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; define and develop short-term and long-term software development processes.
• Train and help other engineers with technical and non-technical matters.
• Provide effective application support to the business stakeholders via training, triaging, root cause analysis and advice on long-term solution.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing specifications and prototypes, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments and clear code.
• Work with user community to develop specifications, provide support, and training.
• Analyze complex business and technical processes to create new or updated processing systems.
• Be a member of the development team focused on the delivery of new or existing technical solutions.

• Minimum of BA / BS in Computer Science or Similar
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining and administrating SharePoint On-Prem and SharePoint Online
• SDLC Designing, Building, deploying, and maintaining active web applications using IIS, TFS, Jenkins, AWS devops or equivalent.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with others.
