ProCare Therapy is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist (OT) for the upcoming 2024-25 school year in Darlington, MD.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Provide occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain precise and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Maryland state license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working with school-aged children is beneficial but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Additional Information :
- This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week.
- The caseload includes students from Pre-K through elementary school.
- Hourly pay is $42.
